Mattress Warranty & Guarantee

Guarantee
The guarantee differs from the warranty in that where the mattress is discovered to be problematic / faulty on inspection, the company will replace or repair the mattress. The guarantee excludes issues mentioned under the warranty section.
Warranty
The warranty serves as an agreement between you the customer and us the manufacturer, that promises to replace or repair the mattress within a specific time period. Customers will be required to contribute to the warranty costs, which are charged out on a pro-rata rate depending on the number of years that the mattress has been used. The warranty is in no way an indication of the life span of the mattress for which it has been used. The warranty does not apply in the case of a change of mind, choosing the wrong comfort level, failure to follow manufacturers instructions or misuse of the goods under warranty. We also reserve the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the warranty, if the user of the mattress is outside the stipulated weight category or is deemed to be soiled, burnt, stained, water marked, infested with insects or damaged caused by continuous use of an electric blanket.
All warranty and guarantee claims shall be handled directly through the relative outlet where purchased, which would include the need to produce the original proof of purchase. Any claims not accepted will result in the customer being liable for both a collection and inspection fee. Collections under the service warranties exclude any transport costs – Only faulty items will be replaced which may necessitate using different fabrics, as others may have been discontinued.
